Pastor Cooley has pastored with the God's Missionary Churches for over 38 years in various capacities. This year, he has completed his 43rd year as a licensed minister of the conference. He came to the Penns Valley Church in August of 2010 as new pastor. His wife, Joy, joins him in the work.
